Silk Charge&Go IX fits completely inside the ear canal. It's nearly invisible, which matters a lot to some people, and unlike most hearing aids this small, it's rechargeable. That's a genuine advancement. Tiny hearing aids have historically required disposable batteries, which adds up in both cost and hassle. If discretion is your priority, the Silk gives you that without making you sacrifice modern features to get it.
Where These Hearing Aids Earn Their Keep
