Every hearing aid deserves the highest level of care, regardless of where it was purchased. Using advanced verification tools such as Real Ear Measurement (REM), and Test Box Measures, we can confirm whether your hearing aids are programmed correctly, identify performance issues, and recommend possible solutions.

In many cases, we can make repairs in-office or help coordinate manufacturer repairs when needed. Even when reprogramming is not possible due to software restrictions (*Locked Hearing Aids), we can still provide valuable information on how you can significantly improve your hearing.
