Applied360 ReFit is intended for existing hearing aid users whose devices are mechanically functioning and capable of treating their hearing loss, but are not programmed optimally. We determine qualification through our Applied360 Review process.

How is this different from regular hearing aid adjustments?

Unlike simple adjustments, our Applied360 ReFit starts completely from scratch, using Real Ear Measurement to verify proper programming to your hearing loss prescription rather than relying on manufacturer estimates or basic comfort settings.

How long does the entire Applied360 ReFit process take?

The full process takes approximately three weeks, with three structured appointments during this time. Each appointment builds on the previous one, allowing for adaptation and fine-tuning based on your real-world experiences with the updated programming.

Can all brands and models of hearing aids be refitted through this program?

We work with all major hearing aid manufacturers including Phonak, Oticon, Starkey, ReSound, Signia, and Widex. Most modern digital hearing aids from the past several years can be reprogrammed, though some very old models may have limitations. We'll determine compatibility during your Applied360 Review.

Will I need new earmolds or accessories with my refitted hearing aids?
