For years, patients from Scottsdale and the East Valley have made the drive across town to our Phoenix clinic for Best Practice hearing care. That drive just got a whole lot shorter. Applied Hearing Solutions has opened a second location at 14301 N 87th St, Suite 307 in Scottsdale, and our Doctors of Audiology are already seeing patients there.

Same Standard of Care, New Location

If you're familiar with our Phoenix clinic, you already know what to expect. Our Scottsdale office follows the same Audiologic Best Practices that have defined our approach since day one. No rushed appointments. No guesswork. Just thorough, detail-driven hearing care from Doctors of Audiology who take the time to get it right.

That includes our full Applied360 process. New patients start with an Applied360 Discover consultation, a comprehensive two-hour hearing evaluation that gives us a complete picture of your hearing ability, your priorities, and your medical history. From there, we build a treatment plan around you, not around a product. Patients who move forward with hearing aids go through our structured Applied360 Fit program, and our Applied360 Thrive program keeps your devices performing at their best throughout your first year and beyond.

Hearing aid repairs and adjustments are available at the Scottsdale office too, often completed the same day.

Who You'll See at Our Scottsdale Clinic

Two of our Doctors of Audiology are seeing patients in Scottsdale.

Dr. Cliff Olson is the founder of Applied Hearing Solutions and one of the most recognized voices in hearing care today. A former Marine Corps Scout Sniper, he earned his Audiology doctorate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has spent his career advocating for Best Practice hearing care, both in the clinic and through his popular Doctor Cliff AuD YouTube channel.

Dr. Kelsey Beck is an Arizona native who earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Arizona State University. Patients consistently praise her thoroughness and her ability to make even the most complex hearing situations feel manageable.

Together, they work collaboratively to make sure every patient who walks through the door receives the best audiologic care possible.

A Specialty Focus on Tinnitus

Here's what makes our Scottsdale clinic different. Beyond hearing aid care, this location has a dedicated specialty in tinnitus management.

If you live with ringing, buzzing, or hissing in your ears, you know how exhausting it can be. You may have been told there's nothing that can be done about it. That's one of the most common things we hear from new tinnitus patients, and it's simply not true.

Hearing loss and tinnitus are closely linked, so treatment starts with a thorough hearing evaluation. Our audiologists measure both the intensity of your tinnitus and the frequency at which it occurs, then use that information to build a management plan tailored to your specific situation. For many patients, properly fit hearing aids alone provide meaningful relief. For others, more advanced options are worth exploring.

Scottsdale's Only Lenire Partner Clinic

That brings us to something we're genuinely proud of. Our Scottsdale office is the only Lenire partner clinic in Scottsdale.

Lenire is one of the most advanced, clinically backed tinnitus treatment options available today. It's an FDA-approved device that uses bimodal neuromodulation, pairing sound delivered through headphones with gentle stimulation of the tongue, to help retrain how the brain responds to tinnitus. In clinical trials, a large majority of participants reported improvement in their tinnitus symptoms.

Not every tinnitus patient is a candidate for Lenire, and that's exactly why the evaluation matters. Our audiologists will determine whether it's an appropriate option for you and guide you through the entire treatment process if it is. Access to this level of tinnitus care is rare, and having it available right here in Scottsdale is a big deal for patients who have struggled to find real answers.
